Glasshouse perform Ryuichi Sakamoto - NCH
Following multiple sold-out dates at Pavilion Theatre, acclaimed Dublin ensemble Glasshouse are proud to perform their new arrangement of the work of renowned composer and music pioneer Ryuichi Sakamoto. The concert will honour the incredible and widely lauded work of Sakamoto, who sadly passed away in 2023. We are pleased to have the blessing of Sakamoto’s team for this tribute.

Glasshouse presents Dreamcycles
Glasshouse proudly presents the latest instalment of our Commissions series at Project Arts Centre, with featured artist Jennifer Moore (Dreamcycles). The night will feature lush new compositions by Jennifer Moore and Maeve Kelly, as well as previous Glasshouse commission ‘Léiriú’ by R.Kitt & Aran O’Grady. There will be a special guest support act on the night.

Glasshouse perform Illinois by Sufjan Stevens @ The Button Factory
Glasshouse perform their renowned rendition of Illinois by Sufjan Stevens, richly arranged by Aran O’Grady.
Enjoy this lush and soaring take on one of the most influential figures in Americana indie-folk music. The concert features a chamber orchestral ensemble of fourteen musicians and three vocalists. Expect to hear Sufjan Stevens’ fifth and highly iconic studio album, Illinois, in its entirety and other selections.

Glasshouse presents ‘Léiriú’ by R.Kitt & Aran O’Grady
On 28 August, we are pleased to present Léiriú, the new composition by R.Kitt & Aran O’Grady, at the Sean O’Casey Centre in Dublin.
Léiriú is inspired by the fading nightlife of Dublin City. It is at once a celebration of club culture, and a lament for the homogenisation of Dublin’s nighttime scene. The concert features a novel instrumentation of amplified chamber ensemble and electronics.
